Welcome to Hubform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hubform product and services provided by Oimachi ApS ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a license or using Hubform, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1.1. Hubform is free to use on .webflow domains. This allows users to test and evaluate the product without any cost on Webflow's native domains.
1.2. To use Hubform on custom domains or for commercial purposes, a valid license is required. This license enables unlimited use on any domain outside of .webflow domains. The license is non-transferable and may not be sublicensed.
1.3. The purchased license must not be shared, distributed, or transferred. It applies only to:
1.4. You may not resell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially exploit the license or any part of Hubform without express prior written consent from Oimachi ApS.
2.1. Purchases are made through Stripe on hubform.co.
2.2. Generally, no refunds are provided. We offer a free version on .webflow domains for users to evaluate the product before purchase.
2.3. Exception: If Hubform stops working due to unforeseen changes in HubSpot, Webflow, or other platforms within 3 months of purchase, and you are using the latest version of the script, we will provide a refund. To request a refund, you must contact us within 30 days of the issue arising, detailing the problem and the steps taken to resolve it.
2.4. Refunds, if granted, will apply only to the purchase price of the license and will not cover any associated costs (e.g., payment processing fees). Refunds are not prorated, and once the 3-month period has passed, no further refunds will be issued.
3.1. Hubform is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee forward compatibility. If Hubform stops working due to changes made by HubSpot, Webflow, or other platforms, we are not responsible and do not guarantee any fixes or updates. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all implied warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed.
